  • Founder

My special areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. While I work with clients across all developmental stages, my passion lies in working with young children (twelve and under) and adults. I find joy in witnessing young minds grow and learn through play and art, and I incorporate a similar approach in therapy sessions.

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I'm Julie Windahl, a seasoned marriage and family therapist with a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. For nearly 14 years, I've been an outpatient mental health therapist, passionately working with individuals, couples, and families at various life stages. My approach is collaborative, co-creating personalized paths forward to address diverse mental health needs. My warm and empathetic nature fosters a safe space for exploration. I'm grateful for the opportunity to guide clients towards exciting and hopeful futures. When you're ready, I look forward to joining you on your journey to improved well-being.
